Do I own my website when it's done?

Yes, 100%. You own the domain name and all the website files. If you ever want to move hosting or take over managing it yourself, everything is yours to take.

What if I need changes after the site goes live?

Every site includes 7 days of post-launch support to iron out any initial issues. After that, changes are available on request — just send a message. Small updates are usually turned around same day.

I don't have professional photos — is that a problem?

Photos are your responsibility to provide — but they don't have to be professional. Phone shots of your work, your shopfront, or your team all work well. If you don't have anything yet, that's fine too — just let me know and we'll figure out the best approach during the discovery call.

What if I don't like the design?

We won't go live until you're happy. In practice, most clients are happy with the first version because we talk through your preferences before I start building.

What are the ongoing costs after launch?

The first 12 months of hosting and maintenance are included in every plan. After that, it's A$49/yr for hosting plus your domain renewal at cost (typically A$30–40/yr depending on the domain). No surprise fees.

My current website looks outdated — can you rebuild it?

Yes, that's one of the most common things we do. A redesign follows the same process as a new build — we talk through what's working, what needs to change, and what the site needs to do better. Your existing domain and any content you want to keep can be carried across.

I already have a Facebook page — do I really need a website?

A Facebook page is a great start, but you don't own it — Facebook can restrict reach, change the rules, or remove it anytime. A website ranks on Google (so people can find you when they search), looks more professional to new customers, and is yours permanently.
